Hope in the Heart of Winter
In this wild time, many of us long for more connection to our bodies, minds, and each other — which can create more hope.
Friends Brianne, Rebecca, Theresa, and Gina are creating such a space on Saturday, Dec. 20, 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. ET. on Zoom on the Eve of the Solstice.
If you can't attend, you will still be able to access the writing prompt, playlist, and audio of the meditation, which will be sent to everyone who signs up.
Join us on the Eve of the Solstice for gentle yoga, dance, meditation, and writing together.
Join us on Dec. 20th
